5–6 Tablespoons Cavender’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning
Kinder’s Butter Buffalo Wing Sauce or Frank’s RedHot Nashville Hot Sauce
Instructions
Dry chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels and place into a bowl or zip-top bag.
Add baking powder and seasoning, then toss to coat evenly.
Preheat smoker to 250°F using your favorite wood (e.g., Bear Mountain Apple Pellets).
Place wings directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and smoke for 30 minutes.
Increase heat to 425°F and continue cooking until internal temp reaches 175°F, repositioning as needed to avoid charring.
Remove wings and toss in your preferred sauce in a large mixing bowl.
Notes:
This is our go-to for family wing night, Sunday football, or WWE pay-per-views. We love our wings, but deep-fried isn’t always the healthiest. This smoked version is a flavorful, crispy, and healthier alternative the whole family enjoys. Enjoy!
