Ravioli Bake
This is a no-fuss, family-favorite dinner that won’t break the bank. It’s a great go-to when you want something warm, filling, and comforting—without spending a ton or dirtying a bunch of dishes. I’ve been making this for years, especially on nights when I just want to toss something in the oven and forget about it. Total win.
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen or fresh ravioli (cheese or meat)
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce (or homemade if you’ve got it on hand)
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)
- Fresh basil or Italian seasoning for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
- Layer ravioli evenly across the dish (no need to pre-cook them).
- Top with more sauce and a generous handful of mozzarella. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with sauce and a final layer of cheese.
- Sprinkle parmesan on top if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Then uncover and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or Italian seasoning if desired.
Notes & Tips
Use what you’ve got—jarred sauce, frozen ravioli, a mix of cheeses. It’s all fair game here. You can even add a layer of spinach or some browned ground meat if you want to bulk it up. But honestly, this dish holds its own as-is.
This is the kind of meal that hits the spot after a long day and doesn’t leave your wallet crying. Serve it up with a simple side
