For this wrap I leaned into a Greek-style flavor profile with crisp vegetables, feta cheese, olives, and tzatziki, then finished it with a little sriracha for some heat.

Ingredients
- 2 Mission Carb Balance tortilla wraps
- 1 grilled Cajun chicken breast, sliced thin
- Cucumber, cut into thick matchsticks
- Bell pepper, cut into thick matchsticks
- Thin sliced sweet onion
- Sliced Greek olives
- Crumbled feta cheese
- Thin sliced tomato
- Tzatziki sauce
- Sriracha
Build the Wrap
- Lay both Carb Balance tortillas slightly overlapping to create a larger wrap.
- Add sliced Cajun chicken down the center.
- Top with cucumber, bell pepper, onion, olives, tomato, and feta.
- Drizzle with tzatziki and a little sriracha.
Wrap Rolling Method
- Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling.
- Fold both sides inward.
- Roll tightly forward until fully sealed.
- Press gently to help the wrap hold its shape.
- Slice in half using a sharp knife.
Using two overlapping tortillas makes a larger wrap and helps keep everything contained.
Flavor Profile
The Cajun seasoning on the chicken brings a little heat and smokiness while the cucumber, tomato, and tzatziki keep everything fresh and balanced.
