Easy Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
This is our go-to breakfast or late-night sweet tooth fix. It’s simple, quick, and packs in flavor while keeping things light. We also love making these ahead for a few days – they hold up great in the fridge.
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (you can use vanilla too – I always keep plain on hand for its versatility)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup of your favorite fruit (raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, blackberries – options are endless)
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of your honey or agave syrup until smooth.
- Layer your sliced fruit over the yogurt mixture.
- Top with hemp seeds, chia seeds, and sliced almonds.
- Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup over everything.
Tip: We love adding a handful of protein granola for some extra crunch. These parfaits make for a quick grab-and-go breakfast or an easy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth any time of day.
