Easy Fruit & Yogurt Parfait

This is our go-to breakfast or late-night sweet tooth fix. It’s simple, quick, and packs in flavor while keeping things light. We also love making these ahead for a few days – they hold up great in the fridge.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (you can use vanilla too – I always keep plain on hand for its versatility)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of your favorite fruit (raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries, blackberries – options are endless)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp of your honey or agave syrup until smooth.
  2. Layer your sliced fruit over the yogurt mixture.
  3. Top with hemp seeds, chia seeds, and sliced almonds.
  4. Drizzle the remaining 1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup over everything.

Tip: We love adding a handful of protein granola for some extra crunch. These parfaits make for a quick grab-and-go breakfast or an easy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth any time of day.
