- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ¼ tsp dried mustard
- 2 tbsp Locatelli cheese
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
- Use an immersion blender to blend everything together until the dressing is thick and creamy.
- Store chilled in the fridge until ready to use. This dressing keeps well for up to 3 days.
Notes & Serving Tips:
This dressing is a go-to for holidays—and plenty of dinners in between. I usually triple the batch when serving a crowd.
Serve with hand-ripped romaine, lightly dressed and tossed. Top it off with black olives, crunchy croutons, sharp provolone, a few extra anchovies, more Locatelli cheese, and a generous grind of fresh black pepper.
